"Meow"

Sam has been having a lot of playdates lately. He got to have a Christmas party this week for the kids in one of his playgroups. Everyone (including the parents) had a lot of fun but by the end of the night Sam was exhausted! He wasn't too sure what to think of all the kids playing with his toys but he survived! His friend Addison (pictured) came over last night to play for a while and Sam decided to show off for her. I swear he could win an Oscar for his cat imitation! Pretty cute!

Orange Bowl Bound!

We are all very excited that the Sooners will be traveling to Miami next month to take on the Florida Gators in the National Championship Game (even my Grandma who is a huge Oklahoma State fan)!!! Can't you tell from the picture?!?!? Boomer Sooner #1!

Tickle Tickle!

Sam had the best time helping us put up the Christmas tree! I told him to get in front of the tree so I could take his picture. Well, he got a little too close and one of the branches kept tickling him. It was so funny! He couldn't get enough of it! He helped put ornaments on the tree (yes, they're all on the bottom!) and even helped his daddy put the star on top. It was really neat to see how much more he's into it this year than last year. It should be a fun Christmas!

Happy Thanksgiving and Boomer Sooner!

Our Thanksgiving was wonderful and I hope your's was as well. We were in Duncan and ate lots of turkey and watched a lot of football. The best game being the Sooners beating OSU allowing them to go to the Big 12 game this weekend! Sam got to stay up for the whole game. He was so funny, he would give high fives when we scored. I see a lot of OU football games in his future! Anyway, good luck to everyone with your Christmas shopping!

From Birdie to Beast!

Hi Everyone! Today Sam graduated from being a Birdie to becoming a Beast at The Little Gym. He did really well! Daddy and Nana came to watch him perform and get his medal. It was a fun day!

Finally... A Blog!

Yes, it's true... I've finally decided to give into all of you who keep insisting I create a blog of my lovely family! Where should I begin? Sam is now 19 months old, hard to believe! He got a new haircut the other day which makes him look like a big boy, not a baby anymore. I can't believe my little boy is a little boy! It kindof makes me sad but yet it's so fun to watch him grow and learn. He is starting to put two words together now. His favorite thing to say is "Oh Yeah!" One of his favorite things to do is play with his matchbox cars. We've also made lots of new friends lately so we do a lot of playdates as well as gym classes. As for David and me we've been busy going to OU football games on the weekends and staying busy with Sam during the week! Believe me, there's never a dull moment at our house which is exactly the way David and I like it. Sam definitely keeps us laughing! Anyway enjoy the pictures!
